Its operation is safety and reliable, reducing workload of watching, monitoring greatly. It is suitable for chemical analytical workers to preheat sample, and suitable in matching WX-3000 microwave quick digestion system to treat sample before digestion. Some samples(such as foodstuff, cosmetic etc.)，if not carry out pretreatment, before directly proceeding the closed microwave digestion, must seriously judge the strength of digestion reaction. For sample with bigger amount, and its strong reaction is known or strong reaction to be estimated, this sample must be put into the open-container and preheat in this heater for proper period of time driving the highly volatile composition, after the violently reaction is over, then load into the digestion vessel for closed microwave heating.

Comparing with the bain marie， this heater can provide preheating temperature over 100℃ (boiling point of water)；comparing with the common electric furnace，this heater have no open flame, and have many functions such as automatic temperature controlling, message inform, alarm and power cut, to facilitate operator working in ease and safe condition.
